Networking is an important aspect to develop a successful professional life and possibly advance your career. Many events discuss ways to develop a professional network; however, many do not consider the tasks needed to maintain the connection and relationship that take tremendous efforts to build. These relationships are very critical when you look for advice for projects, find candidates or employment, or resolution for technical issues.
