Graduate Student
University of Michigan
My name is Corrine Din, and I'm currently a PhD Candidate in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Michigan. I received my bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in 2016 and started working in the biotechnology industry after graduating. I decided to pursue higher education because I was interested in transitioning from manufacturing to research and development within the biotech sector. I am currently working on the development of polymer based nanoparticles to deliver auto-antigens in order to induce targeted tolerance in patients with autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis and type I diabetes.
