Jen Diaz-Espinosa, M.S., is a Ph.D. candidate in the Pharmaceutical Sciences department at the University of Michigan. Jen's research focuses on the mechanistic analysis and quantification of drug accumulation in the skeletal muscle to better guide drug product development and dosing regimens. Jen has also worked on projects that involved formulation (salt, emulsions, cocrystals, and lipid nanoparticles) and characterizing drug products using Raman and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy.
