PhD candidate in Pharmaceutical sciences
University of Missouri Kansas City
My passion for research and development in pharmaceutical sciences and organic chemistry is directly related to my innate ability to question, probe, analyze, and think out-of-the-box.
Through my educational and experiential background in pharmaceutical sciences, organic synthesis and medicinal chemistry I have gained considerable knowledge and skills to conduct groundbreaking research and development in the field of pharmaceutical research and drug development for more than 15 years.
I have had the opportunity to publish my research findings in prestigious journals like Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Acta Biomaterialia, Organic Chemistry, ACS Biochemistry, Chemical Biology & Drug Design, Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters, European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, and Archives of Pharmaceutical Research. These findings have been recognized by the scientific community as cutting-edge, innovative, and reliable.
My field of expertise lies in designing, testing and characterizing novel organic compounds as well as formulation and drug delivery for the treatment and prevention of various diseases and infections.
As a result of my outstanding contributions to the field of Chemistry and Drug Discovery I was granted lawful permanent residency of the United States.
Apart from research, I have a keen interest in education and have mentored students in their thesis.
