Description: Characterization of oligonucleotide therapeutics are a challenge across all aspects of the biopharma process from discovery to development. LC/MS based methods are commonly used for the analysis of oligos but the software to interpret the data has been lacking especially when regulatory compliance is involved. Solutions to the analysis of LC/MS data for impurity profiling and MS/MS based sequence confirmation will be presented along with a solution to perform this work in a compliant manner.
