I will touch on FNIH experience from several programs at that include, the Accelerating Medicines Partnership and the Biomarkers Consortium. I will highlight the areas of projects that have had a demonstrable impact on drug development and patient care.

Learning Objectives:

Introduce the audience to the Foundation for the NIH and its mission to support NIH reserach objectives.
Demonstrate that public-private partnerships to do translational and egulatory science generate high quality tools, directly impacts the drug development process and reduces risk of failure to the partners involved in the project
Explore the framework partnerships that FNIH can use to allow close collaboration between multiple industry and academic stakeholders.
