Ph.D. Objective to develop self-targeting biomimetic platform for imaging and therapy of early atherosclerosis.
1) Molecularly engineered M2 macrophage-derived exosomes with inflammation-tropism and anti-inflammatory capabilities for atherosclerosis imaging and therapy.
2) Self-Driven Biomimetic Magnetosomes for early detection and treatment of atherosclerosis.
M.S. Objective to develop stable thermosensitive in situ gel-forming systems based on the lyophilizate of chitosan/α,β-glycerophosphate salts.
