Leistritz manufactures twin-screw extruders and systems for continuous mixing/devolatilization and conditioning of API's with wide ranging excipients. Both Lab and production scale equipment are available. Applications include melt extrusion and various type granulation operations. Pelletization, shape and film/sheet downstream equipment is available. A fully equipped process development laboratory in New Jersey is available for testing novel processes. Twin Screw Workshops for plastics and Life Science are held annually and individual/small group training is also available upon request.
