Blair Bisher, MHA, PMP is the Chief Operating Officer for Sturdy Memorial Hospital’s ambulatory network and provider group, headquartered in Attleboro, MA and also adjunct faculty at Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School, teaching Healthcare Operations Management and Process Improvement. At Sturdy, he oversees operations, strategy, and finance for 36 multi-specialty sites, 150 Providers, and 400 staff. Prior to that, Blair oversaw the Division of General Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard teaching hospital, where he successfully transitioned the primary care division from fee-for-service to a value-based, population health model. Blair started on the clinical side before going into administration, working as a certified nurse assistant, mental health tech, and substance abuse counselor. Blair earned his undergraduate from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and his MHA from Pfeiffer University in North Carolina while working at UNC Health. Blair's wife, four children, and dog keep him very busy, but in his free time he enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu, marathons and cooking.
