Marie Stacks serves as CEO & President of Boost Midwest - a national management firm that specializes in operations optimization and strategic growth. Boost Midwest provides organizational audits, fractional COO leadership, and operations support services for startups, technology companies and healthcare practices. Focusing on reducing waste, optimizing operations, and elevating results, Stacks and her team use their hands-on approach to deftly implement solutions - all while equipping clients to carry out these solutions long term. Having worked with providers and practices nationwide across an array of specialties, Stacks knows what it takes to strengthen your healthcare operations featuring in Boost Midwest's recently formed sister company, Clinic-ology.
Stacks has served healthcare institutions in roles such as the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Director of Client Onboarding and most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of a multi-location dental practice. While having earned her Master’s in Health Administration (MHSA) from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Marie’s skill set reaches beyond the healthcare sector into growth-oriented businesses looking for ways to innovate, grow and improve operations. Focusing on reducing waste, optimizing operations, and effectively utilizing data, Marie and her team use their proven, hands-on approach to guide their client’s forward.
In addition to her work with Boost Midwest, Stacks has lived around the world and now calls the Chicago area home with her family. Stacks is an active member of the Chicagoland community serving on the Illinois State University’s College of Business Advisory Board, the Executive Committee for Provisors, and on the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences MHA Alumni Board. In her spare time, Marie enjoys traveling, Peloton classes, strength training and running with her four-legged puppy partner, Lina the Belgian Tervuren.
