Ivy Spadone serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Northern Nevada HOPES, a Federally Qualified Health Center located in downtown Reno. She has been working in this capacity for the last 8 years, striving to provide the best possible care for the underserved and marginalized populations in the Reno/Sparks area. She graduated from George Washington University as a Physician Assistant, and has provided care in correctional and community health center settings. HOPES serves a large population of Spanish speaking patients as well as refugees from the Africa and the Middles East, utilizing Boostlingo as it's primary interpretation service.
