Prior to founding Optimize Healthcare, Adrienne served as the Chief Administrative Officer for Duke Ophthalmology for over 7 years and as Chief Administrator at Mayo Clinic for a variety of specialties.
With over 20 years' leadership experience, Adrienne now serves as an executive coach and consultant focusing on helping physician and administrative leaders drive transformation, merge opposing cultures and capitalize on diverse strengths to build successful, integrated teams. Having led turn-around efforts for multiple organizations, Adrienne's transformation efforts to date have produced over $250M in financial improvements, impacted over 10M patient lives, and increased team engagement and provider, staff, and patient satisfaction.
Adrienne is also a Certified Leadership Coach with the John Maxwell Team and a Lean and Six Sigma Expert. She presents nationally on creating high-performance cultures to optimize organizational outcomes.
