Judy Nichols, Director of Data Analytics & Collaboration Consulting for Dean Dorton, has spent the past 15 years leading consulting practices focused on helping customers drive higher success through more efficient business processes and effective data management. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, she has focused heavily in the Healthcare Vertical utilizing cutting technologies - yet staying in touch with the specific needs of this community. Her early background included all aspects within the physician practice from hands on testing to practice management.
Judy has a BSBA from the University of Louisville, with a major in Computer Information Systems. She led the Healthcare Vertical teams at both Quilogy and Aspect Software before becoming a founding partner of Breakpoint Technology, which was acquired by Dean Dorton in 2021.
Judy also serves as a Board Member of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partner's Virtual Chapter, Kentucky HIMSS, and the Portland Promise Center. As part of her commitment to encouraging more diversity, and specifically women, into technology fields she participates as the Awards Chair for Louisville Women In Technology (RockIt Women) and is a member of Women in Cloud and The WIT Network. Outside of her work activities she is involved in training and showing her Flat Coated Retriever and various missions activities through her role as Chair of Missions for Watkins UMC.
