Dental Service Organizations & Their Impact on Dentistry in Washington State

This presentation will address state and federal laws and regulations governing dental service organizations (“DSO”) arrangement as well as practical considerations for dentists and dental practices considering entering into DSO arrangements, including pros and cons of DSO arrangements and contracting and negotiating tips when entering into DSO arrangements.
