Nicole Hood

Nicole Hood is the Program Manager for Arcora Foundation’s growth in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, working to create a program that builds capacity for in-depth conversations through learning opportunities, equitable operations and approach to partnerships. Working in this capacity gives her opportunities to approach strategy with a creative problem-solving and design thinking lens. With experience in corporate, public, small business, creative, and nonprofit settings, she understands the need for community members of all backgrounds to access quality health care.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from George Fox University. She holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. In her non-work hours, she is planning dinner parties, investing in her local community as a church deacon, gardening, and reading several books at a time
