After over 20 years working in dental practices, I decided it was time for a career change. Becoming a Provider Ambassador for Delta Dental of Washington was a perfect transition. What I find most rewarding about my job is helping educate and assist providers to understand things I wish I had known when working in the office. I love using my knowledge and connections in the dental community to help DDWA understand the provider challenges and provide valuable feedback to better processes for providers. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and hopefully you will learn a few new things to help make your relationship with DDWA better than ever.
