Delta Dental patients can be a large part of a Washington dentist’s practice. Join us for a 90-minute overview of best practices in working with Delta Dental of Washington. The workshop will provide information about our plans and an overview of basic processes such as claims submission, COB, NPI updates, and re-credentialing. We will also provide an overview of our Delta Dental of Washington provider portal and online tools, including tips on accessing important forms and using our new online tools, Procedure Code Lookup and Provider Chat.

Summarize DDWA plan information inlcuding information about Medicare Advantage Plans, DeltaCare and Individual Plans.
Understand common DDWA processes including claims submission and resubmission, COB, credentialing/recredentialing and clinical and documentation requirements.
Efficiently navigate the DDWA provider portal, including where to find communication information and how to use online tools including fee lookup, Procedure Code Lookup tool and Provider Chat.
