Randy Roberts is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Rheem Air Conditioning. He joined Rheem in 1997 as a District Sales Manager, and he has progressed through increasingly responsible management roles as he demonstrates a strong work ethic to help customers and his team succeed. Randy enjoys working closely with independent distributors and contractors in the HVAC industry to expand their business and solve challenges. One of the many key initiatives that Randy helped launch is the ProPartner Program which allows Rheem to have even closer working relationships with the leading HVAC contractors. Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alabama. He lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife, Amy, and their two sons, James (20) and Alex (15). In his spare time, Randy enjoys spending time with his family on golf trips.
