Dr. Laura Ortmann is passionate about using data to improve care and standardize systems in order to change patient outcomes. She is the Director of Cardiac Critical Care and the Director of Quality and Safety for cardiac critical care and cardiology at Children's Hosptial and Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraksa. Her research focuses on improving outcomes after cardiopulmonary resuscitation and improving care after congenital heart surgery.
