Bonnie Miller is the Director of Cardiac Critical Care and Surgical Services at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Bonnie earned her BSN from LaGrange College and her MBA from the University of Georgia. She has worked for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta for over twenty years with the majority of her time spent leading critical care operations. In her current role, Bonnie leads the CICU, CACU, Cath lab, and CVOR as well as overseeing the systemwide ECMO and Advanced Technologies team. Bonnie's core leadership strategies focus on leader development, cultivating talent from within, collaboration, and proactive succession planning while keeping the patient’s quality of care and safety a top priority.
