Ellen Shaw, MSN, RN, CPNP-PC is the founding nurse practitioner of the Columbia Children’s Complex Care Program at Children’s Hospital of New York-Presbyterian / Columbia University Irving Medical Center. The program provides intensive medical care coordination for children with multi-system medical problems, fragility, and technology dependence. We work with interdisciplinary teams across settings – home, community, and hospital – to identify goals, streamline care, and support patients, families and health care providers.
