Katherine Harrison is the Lead APP for the CVICU at Phoenix Children's Hospital, overseeing a team of 12 APPs. She is also the Program Director for the Cardiovascular Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider Post-Graduate Fellowship. She has practiced in critical care medicine for over 20 years. Katherine graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2010 with her Master’s of Science in Nursing and in 2016, she began working in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit at Phoenix Children’s. Her clinical interests are respiratory physiology and cardiopulmonary interactions.
Katherine is an Arizona native, and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, son, and their two dogs.
