Pre-event registration has concluded. You may register onsite beginning Thursday, December 15 at 7:00 am at the PCICS counter in the Rotunda.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: ​

If you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please submit a cancellation request in writing to info@pcics.org. Requests received by November 15 will be eligible for an 80% refund. After November 15, cancellation requests may be accepted on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of PCICS. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your refund. Your funds will be returned via the same method you paid for your registration. Once issued, refunds may take 7 business days to be reflected on your credit card statement. If you paid by check/bank transfer/wire, please allow up to 120 days for a refund.

Guests:

Everyone participating in the Annual Meeting activities at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel must purchase an event registration. 

Onsite Registration:

You may decide to register onsite in Miami. Pre-event registration will close on December 1. Any registrations after December 1 will be processed onsite in Miami and will be charged at the higher registration rate.

Accommodations / ADA:

The Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Society fully complies with the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the rules and regulations thereof.
