Presentation Description: The presentation will discuss a cooperative Joint Industry Project to improve the industry approach for large scale floating wind turbine design assessment and optimization with the aim to reduce risk and maximize efficiency for ultra large floating wind design. The presentation will discuss the current methods and limitations and aims to open a discussion on what assessment methods are needed to optimize larger floaters.
