Kenneth achieved his Bachelors and Masters in Engineering from University College Dublin and has spent his career to date working in both TSOs and consultancy.
Kenneth is a Principal Consultant working across TNEI’s practices in the UK and Ireland. He has over 7 years’ experience within the energy industry, including the completion of over 150 shifts as a Grid Control Engineer in EirGrid’s National Electricity Control Centre. Kenneth led the delivery of EirGrid's DS3 programme which achieved 40% renewable generation on the Irish electricity system in 2020. Kenneth has recently been involved in analysis of an 80% renewable electricity target for 2030 and how it can be achieved.
