Jeff is currently the Vice President Strategic Relations at Saybrook Associates, a project management, project control and risk assessment consulting firm, where he manages the company's On/offshore wind energy business. Saybrook has managed the delivery of COPs for developers and large scale complex construction projects for OSW joint ventures. Prior to Saybrook, he was head of Strategy for Xodus, a global energy consulting firm. At Xodus he was responsible for multiple offshore wind supply chain and workforce studies for regional areas, governments and private companies. He also worked in economic development for the state of Rhode Island, helping the state develop its offshore wind supply chain. Prior to his involvement in offshore wind, Jeff was in business development in the technology sector with a focus on Asia and Latin America.
