Ms. Fiore has more than 23 years of experience in the field of natural resources, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and regulatory compliance in both terrestrial and marine habitats. Prior to entering consulting, Ms. Fiore worked for environmental and land use attorneys for 6 years, specializing in regulatory compliance in both federal and state jurisdictions, land use, and water rights. She has been working on offshore wind projects along the Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) sine 2014 and has prepared multiple Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) NEPA documents and worked for an offshore wind developer as the permitting manager. Ms. Fiore has a long history of working in marine/coastal permitting and NEPA with numerous agencies and currently acts as the co-chair for the joint American Clean Power and Offshore Wind California Offshore Wind Permitting Workgroup.
