The geopolitical realities of energy have borne down on many nations this year, as oil and gas supplies have been disrupted across Europe and new supply lines are sought. What do these developments portend for utility-scale renewable energy such as offshore wind? The panel will test the proposition that energy independence means more than secure domestic production of fossil fuels.
