Ryan Brinkman is a registered nurse with his MSN in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University. He teaches full time as an Assistant Professor at The University of Cincinnati in their associate degree nursing program at their Blue Ash College Campus. He is also a Certified Nurse Educator and a Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse. He completed a pilot study in May 2022 on Improving Student Engagement with Classroom Activities: Using Game-Based Learning. He has spent the last year working on various projects to improve student engagement in the classroom to help promote better learning outcomes.
