People with mental health and substance use disorders may die from preventable illnesses decades earlier than the general population. Integrating mental health and substance use treatment with primary care services produces the best outcomes and increases availability of services. But are we serving everyone we should be? Gain a better understanding of integrated health in the context of health equity and learn about a set of tools to identify strategies to increase diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in integrated health settings to ensure greater access to all.

Identify specific resilience-oriented strategies to address DEI in integrated health settings.
Introduce the functionality of the Health Equity Toolkit.
