Learn more about a conceptual framework to evaluate the cost of providing bundles of services and reimbursement and review a time-phased flow chart and financial projection framework to guide the transition of your Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) from inception through financial sustainability via a value-based payment (VBP) arrangement that managed care plans would consider. We’ll discuss an approach for projecting a prospective payment system (PPS) rate, key factors to consider in developing rate methodology and the impact on future financial operations.
