Michi Marshall is the co-founder of PROJECT 375 and has a passion for mental health. Marshall is certified in behavioral forensics and behavioral profiling and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. After graduation, Marshall worked at Lakeside Behavioral Healthcare as a mental health technician, behavioral forensics specialist and as an assessment specialist. As co-founder of PROJECT 375, Marshall works hard to de-stigmatize mental illness and raise awareness for the mental health community. Along with her husband, Brandon Marshall, she is dedicated to ensuring youth across the nation receive prevention and early intervention services. She is also certified in behavioral forensics, crime scene investigation, and criminal profiling. She has done extensive work with the Child Mind Institute of New York as an ambassador for their Healthy Brain Network, is a partner with the Mental Health Association of New York City and is officially recognized as a trainer with Mental Health First Aid USA as an adult and youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
