Pat Coleman, president and CEO of Behavioral Health Response (BHR), leads a professionally staffed and accredited clinical contact center that provides high-quality behavioral health and crisis response services. Pat is responsible for assuring barrier-free access and compassionate care to via telephone, text, Web chat, face-to-face mobile outreach, and teleheath. Pat promotes BHR's cost-effective programs and services without sacrificing high-quality care and represents the community sharing services, partnerships, and the positive behavioral care impact BHR delivers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year.
Pat serves as the region VII Board director for the National Council for Behavioral Health, advisory board member of InnovaTel Telepsychiatry, and a board trustee of Fontbonne University. In addition to receiving Most Influencial Business Woman in 2020 by St. Louis Business Journal and National Council's Visionary Leader Award in 2016, Pat has recieved many other recognitions for her accomplishments as a business leader and community volunteer. Under her leadership, BHR received the Arcus Award from St. Louis Regional Chamber, What's Right with the Region award from Focus St. Louis, and Behavioral Healthcare Management award from the National Council among others.
