Kelly Perry is a Licensed Professional Counselor working with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a senior project Manager. Perry has 30 years’ experience working in both direct service provision and program management including inpatient treatment, residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment and state government. She has also provided consultation to the juvenile court system for kids in dual status court both in child welfare custody and the Office of Juvenile Affairs custody. Perry has a passion for working to ensure families receive the highest quality of care and support as well as working across systems to better serve children and youth.
