Rachel McCrickard is the CEO and Founder of Motivo, a virtual platform for therapist licensure. Motivo connects behavioral health professionals to the clinical supervision and continuing education hours needed to complete and maintain licensure. A Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist herself, Rachel created Motivo to provide a more accessible path to licensure for therapists in rural areas. Rachel lives in Richmond, VA with her husband Warren and their adorable Boston Terrier, Lucy. She loves pizza and yoga, in that order.
