Mark O’Dwyer, MBA, LPC, began his career in community mental health providing counseling to people with a wide-array of behavioral health challenges and strengths. He transitioned into an administrative role at Community Behavioral Health (CBH), the City of Philadelphia’s behavioral health managed care provider, where he focused on larger systemic projects including the development of Philadelphia's first Substance Use Partial Hospitalization Program and enhanced outpatient programs aimed at reducing disparities. In 2019, Mark joined the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Service’s Behavioral Health and Justice Division. In this role he serves as a strategic planner and leader for the City of Philadelphia where he creates value for Philadelphians by enhancing the efficacy and efficiency of services and developing innovative solutions within the behavioral health and judicial systems. Mark completed his clinical training at Eastern University and his Business Administration degree at Drexel University where he was a Lawrie Global Leadership Fellow.
