Dr. Le Ondra Clark Harvey is the director of policy and legislative affairs for the California Council of Community Behavioral Health Agencies and previously served as chief consultant to the California State Assembly Committee on Business and Professions,; principal consultant to the Senate Committee on Business, Professions and Economic Development; and a health policy consultant to the office of former Sen. Curren D. Price, Jr. Dr. Clark Harvey has a Ph.D. in counseling psychology at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She serves on the board of directors of the American Psychological Association (APA) and has held positions on the Association of Black Psychologists, Sacramento County Public Health Advisory Board, Sacramento County Children’s Coalition and the Los Angeles View Park Section of the National Council of Negro Women. Dr. Clark Harvey has received numerous awards was recently appointed by Gov. Newsom to his Master Plan on Aging Advisory Committee and his Behavioral Health Task Force.
