Morgan Lipe is a certificated teacher and systems coach at Lake Washington School District in Redmond, Wash. She has over 14 years of experience supporting students, programs and schools in positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS). Her work as an educator of high school students with intensive mental health and behavioral needs fed her interest in prevention, systems of support and protective factor-focused work. Currently, as a systems-level specialist, her work centers on supporting the social, emotional, behavioral and mental health work in schools, within a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS). She is a certified teen Mental Health First Aid Instructor who is passionate about increasing mental health literacy, reducing stigma and promoting protective factors of students.
