Karen Girgis is the program manager of teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) at the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. In this capacity, she oversees the tMHFA program by providing consultation and technical assistance to each of the 83 tMHFA pilot sites, helping them to successfully implement the program during this pilot year. Girgis also develops processes to support the growth of tMHFA nationally.
