Todd Kenney is a partner in the BKD National Health Care Group with numerous experiences performing financial statement audits and consulting services for health care organizations including health systems, hospitals, long-term care providers, behavioral health providers and other post-acute service providers. He manages several client relationships and supervises multiple engagement teams including reviewing engagement results, improvement recommendations and industry insights with senior management and governing boards. He also provides education and consulting services regarding new accounting standards such as revenue recognition and leases, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement strategies and the 340B drug pricing program. Kenney is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Missouri Society of CPAs and is a past president for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Greater Heartland Chapter. He is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional and fellow of HFMA (FHFMA) and currently serves as the Region 8 treasurer for HFMA. He is a 2002 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, with a BS degree in accounting and a 2003 graduate with an MBA degree.
