Sarah Neil, MPH serves as the Project Manager, Integrated Health at the National Council for Behavioral Health where she manages and tracks the tasks, timelines, and activities within the Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions. Building on her experience providing technical assistance and professional development to early childhood health and wellness providers, Neil continues to work closely with health and social service providers by sharing the resources and training needed to improve and promote health equity through high-quality services targeting those most in need. Before her time at the National Council, Neil served as Manager of Effective Practice at the National Head Start Association, where she worked directly with Head Start teachers, leaders, and parents to improve academic and health services provided to low-income and vulnerable children and families. Neil completed her Master’s in Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 2018, where she studied maternal and child health.
