Barbara Hallisey, MSW, LCSW, has 30 years clinical and administrative experience in the behavioral health field working across a variety of settings: hospital, community behavioral health, Veterans Administration, residential, crisis services, area authority and managed care. Hallisey is qualified and experienced with treating substance use disorders, mental health issues and intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is an avid golfer and sailor.
