Monique Lucas, B.S.N., RN, CCM, CCCTM, is the Vice President of Integrated Care for Monarch. With 17 years of experience as a registered nurse and 11 years as a healthcare leader, Monique is a subject matter expert in care management and population health programs. She is a board-certified care manager and is certified in care coordination and transition management.
Monique has worked with some of the most innovative players in healthcare today. She was a pioneer in the development of one of the nation's largest patient centered medical home programs and has built and implemented various team-based models with a value-based approach in the primary care and behavioral health settings.
Over the past 4 years, Monique has led the design and implementation the first Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in North Carolina, where she developed an integrated model of care that provides wholistic wrap around care for patients who are most in need.
