Marlena Torres, CPA, MBA is Chief Operating Officer of Children's Home Society of Washington (CHSW). She is a member of the executive leadership team of CHSW and acts as sponsor and advisor for the agency's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work. In this role, Marlena provides direction and support to a diverse group of employees that comprise the agency's DEI Committee. The purpose of this committee is to work toward the goal that CHSW be a place where staff, stakeholders, and the communities we serve know that they are celebrated and respected and who know that their opportunities, access, and treatment is not limited by their unique identities. Marlena is a licensed CPA and received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
