Stacey Roberts serves as the chief operating officer of The Mental Health Association (MHA) of Westchester, where she has executive oversight of all program operations. With extensive operations and clinical experience across a wide variety of settings, she helps oversee the welfare and health of the organization while executing strategic initiatives to ensure ongoing corporate stability and growth in response to the dynamic health care environment. Roberts, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, began her career at MHA as a clinician working with children and families and has spent the last 22 years in progressively more administrative roles. Her leadership continues to be informed by her experiences providing person-centered and trauma-informed care. She currently serves on Healthfirst's Westchester Behavioral Health Advisory Board and the Advisory Panel for the Pace University Lubin School of Business Design Thinking Certificate Program. She earned her MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work and a post-graduate certificate in the treatment of interpersonal trauma from Fordham University.
