Carrie Bourdon is Chief Administrative Officer for Beacon Health Options Connecticut (Beacon CT), the Administrative Services Organization for the Connecticut Behavioral Health Partnership (CT BHP).
In this capacity, she is the lead contact for the Partnership’s state agencies, the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), the Department of Child and Family Services (DCF), and the Department of Social Services (DSS). Carrie oversees Beacon CT’s day-to-day operations to support the CT BHP, including various strategic initiatives to improve the access, quality, practice patterns, and outcomes of Medicaid network providers and programs.
Prior to this role, Ms. Bourdon was Beacon CT’s Vice President, Performance Improvement and Provider Partnerships, leading various programs focused on enhancing the size, service breadth, and quality of the Medicaid provider network.
Before joining Beacon CT, Ms. Bourdon held various clinical positions at behavioral health providers throughout the state. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Loyola University.
