Brian Hart is the Chief Strategy Officer of LADD, a provider agency in Cincinnati, Ohio that provides support to over 600 individuals with intellectuall and developmenal disabilites. Brian has spent his career with a single vision in mind, to push the limits of what community inclusoin looks like for the I/DD population. He has worked closely to expand community living and employment opportunites, and most recently has led the Smart Living Initiative at LADD which combines enabling technology to ensure those living in our communities can do so with the highest level of independance. This new model for services is changing the way the industry sees community inclusive living. Brian recieved his degree at the University of Utah in Health Promotion and Education.
