Research confirms that integrated treatment for individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders enhances treatment outcomes. The Northwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center in collaboration with the Oregon Council on Behavioral Health designed an intensive technical assistance project to assist substance use disorder programs assess their level of capacity on demand (COD) and utilize a process improvement change methodology to implement service improvements. Join us to hear about a variety of strategies for enhancing integrated services and the value of using a change process methodology to guide and sustain improvements.
