This session, led by National Trainers Carrie Hill and Lynn Hennighausen and steeped in adult learning theory, will highlight best practices and pitfalls in fidelity in virtual and in-person environments. Join us to learn effective tools to continue improving your facilitation skills.

Learning Objectives:

List three fidelity pitfalls (e.g., timing, management of interactions, terminology) you may encounter when teaching MHFA in person or virtually, and ways to avoid them.
Demonstrate one way you will add creativity to your instruction, bringing your “special sauce” to the curriculum.
Define two ways you can bring adult learning theory into your teaching.
