Many states are aware of the Presidential budget recommendation for a recovery 10% set aside. Whether states are allocating 10% of block grant funds toward recovery already or considering how to spend the 10% block grant set aside on recovery supports, you’ll can learn how to identify (and leverage) lived experience, qualitative and quantitative recovery data and develop outcome measures and programming for recovery support services.

Learning Objectives:

Demonstrate the methodology for states to implement person centered planning in RSS spending that is data informed and understand recovery data.
Demonstrate how to leverage state and statewide stakeholders to provide resources and monitor gaps in recovery support systems.
Choose how to incorporate a ROSC at the state level that de silos systems.
